Objective: 

The course will enable the students to Explore the elements of art in creation of composition by applying and understanding the principle of art. Compose figurative art and execute independent composition with subject using various mediums.

CO50: Create layouts having balance and composed with different objects and elements to improve skill.

 

CO51: Prepare a submission analyzing and observing space, subject, elements in composition.

 

CO51: Create artwork incorporating balance, rhythm, colors etc. and experimenting with compositional layouts.

 

CO53: Validating their skill of expressing composition and expressing learning experience of preparing base/surface through viva.

 

CO54: Contribute effectively in course-specific interaction

Layouts & Sketches, Continuous Assessment Test, Semester End Examinations, Daily Assignments, Observation, Student Teacher Interaction and Final Submissions

COURSE CONTENT;

Compositional exercise based on study of human figure and proper environment according to the composition and development of sketches in the pictorial composition in tempera technique.                      

Medium: Poster colour and Water colour
