Objective: 

The course will enable the students to Encourage students to develop their unique personal style. Guide them in depicting various living creatures within a unified environment on a single picture plane. Provide knowledge of figure drawing, anatomy, and proportion. Help them cultivate a strong sense of composition tailored to their individual artistic expression.

CO15: Develop sketches by demonstrating an ability to draw the human figure, all living creatures appropriately.

CO16: Prepare submission resembling drawing skills, gestures, proportion, foreshortening and artistic anatomy.

CO17: Relate their ideas by Developing and constructing creative ways to paint by using varieties of strategies for expressing visual study in viva.

CO18: Contribute effectively in course-specific interaction.

COURSE CONTENT:

The student will compose a composition based on human figures in her own style choosing any medium. Study of human figures from different angles, light and measurements are to be exercised to develop compositional sense. The student is free to develop her own style in any medium.

Submissions:  5 Paintings, Canvas Size- 3’x 4’ (minimum)
