Objective: 

COURSE OBJECTIVES:

The course will enable the students to-

  1. Recognise rhymes and cartoon strips in need for updation
  2. Interpret the rhymes and present them in a modified version.
  3. Explore various mediums, techniques and surfaces to develop personal style
  4. Compose the developed illustration with the relevant text

The Students Will -

CO42: Review the comic strip and rhymes to get in depth knowledge of how the things will occur and identify the important scenes to be illustrated

CO43: Identify the needs of the client and target market for planning a work process to let the things go in a synchronized way and meet the deadlines

CO44: Explore and select the apt material to be used for ensuring the client about the quality of final output

CO45: Experiment with the sketching skills and create multiple sketches to create the characters for the rhymes and comic strip

CO46: Integrate artistic and observational skills for creating aesthetically appealing characters in exaggerated or simplified form and create a composition for comic strip and rhymes to attract the target group

CO47: Combine design principles in designing software's for composing the illustrations with the text to give an alluring look to the rhymes and comic strip

CO48: Develop a personalized style of creating illustration to establish herself as a brand and get the recognition in the market
