The students will - CO52: Distinguish between sculptural practices and aesthetics of Indian and Western art to evaluate the importance of cultures and society places on art. CO53: Evaluate the techniques of stone carving, metallurgy, and casting used by artists mentioned in the syllabus so as to reflect and enhance on their own techniques and skills. CO54: Identify various civilizations and their interpretations and usage of art to devise an understanding of how important art could be as a means of representation and communication. CO55: Recognize the grandiosity of sculptures and architectures of these era to show deep appreciation for the amount of effort, resources and wealth being contributed by rulers of the era towards art. |
