The course will enable the students to understand editing tools and techniques. Understand the importance of working with colour, effects and textures. Identify working in 2D and 3D compositions, the thoughts with audio-visual and animated impacts,

CO1: Develop layouts for designs and patterns in the software by using various tools and effects by exploring different tools, layers, masks used for editing.

 

CO2: Create a portfolio displaying their software skills to design and develop different kind of art works like digital painting, 2D and 3D animations

CO3: Assess the aesthetic sense and compositional skills with an expression of the vision through Static, Video and GIF designs making them Photoshop Expert.

CO4: Contribute effectively in course-specific interaction.

Self-Learning Assignments, Giving Tasks, Visualization, Experimenting, Sketching To Learn, Free Exploration, Focused Exploration

Layouts and Sketches,Continuous Assessment Test, Semester End Examinations,Daily Assignments,Observation,Student Teacher Interaction and Final Submissions.

Submission: 15 Designs

  • 2 Photo Restorations
  • 2 Photo manipulations (on any Theme)
  • 2 Graphics Composition using Photoshop tools and filters
  • 2 Posters (Still and Motion posters using animation in Photoshop)
  • 2 3D Illustration using 3D effects in Photoshop
  • 2 Designs (1 GIF and 1 audio-visual composition)
