Live Model Study

The students will be able to- CO87: Exemplify advanced level skills of sculpting from the live model which includes deep observation and keen examination of things through measurement, contour, massing, volume and rendering.
CO88: Use a model to self-learn anatomy and gestures of human form to patch the gaps of knowledge they might be facing in anatomy in their creative works.
CO89: Adapt to various complexities of converting clay models into refined sculptures in permanent mediums using casting and mold making techniques to revise the process of executing a figurative form in permanent medium.
CO90: Generate a deeper understanding of each individual feature of a portrait, i.e., eyes, nose , lips etc with respect to the given model to be able to replicate the character of given model.
CO 91: Simulate various intricacies of a human form like Imperfections, wrinkles, excess fat, etc to be able to add that in their individual works later.
CO 92: Facilitate measurements and proportions by scaling up and scaling down the portrait to gain confidence in executing life study of every size.
