Communication Design (Practical)

CO55: Assess the needs of the client and plan the graphic designs to position the brand in the market through logos, symbols, monograms and combine design elements and principles creatively to solve a communication problem through layouts & sketches.

 

CO56: Connect and assemble the elements and principles of design to create a submission displaying their observational skills on Branding and Promotional designs manually and digitally.

 

CO57: Integrate global needs to create logos, monograms, symbols, shopping bags, stationery design displaying an understanding and analysis of the brand manually and digitally considering professional ethics

 

CO58: Appraise the communication designs created in response to market needs and establish herself as a graphic designer.

 

CO59: Contribute effectively in course-specific interaction.

COURSE CONTENT:

Students are expected to use creative thinking to solve communication problems. Introduction to the concepts of logos, monograms & symbols. Terminology of Typography. Different typographical exercises.
