Objective: 

The course will enable the students to:

  1. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of art on a deeper level – understanding art, artists and their social impact.
  2. Identify and use basic research skills that will help them prepare take up bigger research projects in future.

The students will be able to-

 

CO43: Prepare a short research on a key question they identified within the art domain.

 

CO44:Develop skill of academic writing using appropriate referencing and other research tools.

 

CO45: Identify, summarize and critically evaluate relevant literature and use them to test their hypothesis.

Interactive Lectures, Discussion, Tutorials, Reading assignments, Demonstration.

Self-learning assignments, Effective questions, presentation, Giving tasks.

CONTENT

The students will have to submit the synopsis at the end of this semester. The viva will be taken by the external jury members.
