The students will- CO72: Debate about mediums with deeper understanding of their significance and attributes they add to the work of art to develop unique ways of executing nontraditional materials and bringing them into their artworks. CO73: Manage space more effectively. Constructing installations or scaled up works to enable an effective environment for their works. CO74: Demonstrate unique ways of using tools and techniques in accordance with their unique thought process to add to their visual language. CO75: Adapt to surroundings and environment they construct in, finding unique ways and positions to install their sculptures to judge general public’s gaze towards art and more specifically their art. CO76: Stimulate real and artificial textures in the artwork, artificial textures increase their material profess and real textures improve their observational and visual skills. CO77: Reflect on their earlier artworks, critically analyze their choice of mediums, forms, and mold casting choices to find out their patterns which help them recognize their art style. |
Approach in teaching: Interactive Lectures, Discussion on composition subjects, Tutorials, Videos, Demonstration, Reading assignments.
Learning activities for the students: Sketching, lay outing , Self-learning assignments, Effective questions, presentation, Giving tasks, Field practical, handling of tools, machines, and casting and molding equipment.

COURSE CONTENT
Student will prepare a creative sculpture based on figures in his own style using different techniques and mediums.
SUBMISSIONS: 3 works of 2’ minimum
