Objective: 

COURSE OBJECTIVES:

The course will enable the students to-

  1. Develop a sense of observation to notice the role of perspective, light & shadow, form in a composition
  2. Identify and highlight the dominating form in the composition with the help of supporting elements
  3. Interpret the need of market and justify it through illustrations
  4. Create their own style of work to build individual identity in market

The Students Will -

CO71: Develop a personalized style of creating illustration to establish herself as a brand and get the recognition in the market

CO72: Identify and judge her own skill set to take illustration related project for brochures and posters from market

CO73: Analyze the content to prepare a work plan and combine the art elements to prepare multiple layouts to get an approval from client

CO74: Integrate artistic and observational skills for rendering the illustrations in software or art mediums for final presentation

CO75: Combine design principles in software for composing the illustrations with the text to give a final shape to the content of brochure and posters

CO76: Illustrate a cityscape by applying the knowledge of perspective, proportion and light to add depth and 3D effect in the composition using different art mediums

CO77: Compose human figures, cartoons with the cityscapes to create scenes for story boards, story, comic story, cartoon strip and editorial articles.

CO78: Create cityscapes in varied ways to meet up the clients expectation effectively
