Objective: 

This course will enable the students to-

  1. In-depth understanding the artworks of great masters of printmaking from all over the world. .
  2. Analyze the artists work in respect to his style, techniques and subject matter.
  3. Create art works getting influenced by the artist chosen on the basis of its compositional sense.
  4. Develop aesthetic sense to present their work in the art galleries.

The students will –

 

CO38:   Search out artistic work according to the student style. 

 

CO39: Assess the quality of print in their environmental contemporary era.

 

CO40: Analyze the formal, technical and compositional aspect of the printmaker and apply the same in their own art work.

 

CO41: Acquiring the pictorial representation from great masters to upgraded piece of art work.

 

 

CO42:  Implement new issue in the work showcasing maturity

COURSE CONTENT:

The student will select an artist and copy his art work

Submission:

The student will make a file of a particular artist including his biography, style of making art work, details of major art works and what makes him different.
