NOTICE

This is to inform all the students of the University that the Department of Applied Arts & Sculpture, IIS (deemed to be University), is organizing a Photography Competition on the occasion of World Photography Day, observed every year on 19th August. Let your photographs narrate stories that words can’t.

* Theme: “Everyday Moments, Timeless Frames”

Participants need to capture simple, everyday scenes that reflect beauty, emotion, or meaning when observed through a thoughtful lens.

Capture the unnoticed. Celebrate the everyday.

* Guidelines:

  • Each participant can submit only one original photograph.
  • Size of the print: A4
  • Basic editing is allowed (contrast, brightness, cropping), but no excessive digital manipulation.
  • Entries must include: Name, Department Name, Programme with Semester, Enrollment Number (eg. ANAMIKA JAIN, Department of Applied Arts & Sculpture, BFA Sem VII, IISU/2022/ADM/XXXXX), Mobile Number, and a Title of the photograph. (Details to be written at the back side of the photograph)
  • Last date of submission: 18th August 2025

Winners will get the certificate.
