Objective: 

The course will enable the students to explain and use various techniques of photography. Understand the natural and artificial sources of light. Plan a photoshoot as per the requirement of the client. Apply a sense of composition to capture an image (indoor & outdoor). Modify the captured image using different softwares.

CO7: Integrate the understanding of light, shadow, composition, and perspective to create product photographs in high key, low key, and macro styles through experiments.

CO8: Conceptualize, design, and execute a photo shoot showcasing products, strategically employing high-key, low-key, and macro photography techniques to communicate the product's features, aesthetics, and target audience through a portfolio.

CO9: Design, execute, and evaluate a series of photographs that creatively utilise high key, low key, and macro lighting techniques to showcase various product types with models, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of how lighting and subject interaction influence visual impact and product appeal.

CO10: Analyse and justify the most suitable lighting style (high key, low key, or macro) and photographic genre, explaining the visual impact and emotional response each approach would evoke on the audience.
