The course will enable the students to observe the art in accordance to the light & shade. Translate a 3D design into 2D through various compositions. The visual translation of foreshortening & respond to problems creatively and expressively, and develop designs utilizing the knowledge of colors, elements, and principles of composition.

COURSE CONTENT:
Fundamentals of 2D design examine the organizational principles common to all two dimensional art. In a series of practical assignments, students explore line, shape, scale, pattern and other elements of design to achieve an awareness of form and appreciation of the way it can suggest and amplify meaning of art.
