CO1: Evaluate paintings of Rajaravi Verma, Kalighat and Company school with reference to culture, social, environmental, religious, techniques and other relevant aspects to formulate a deep understanding of the era.

CO2: Develop analytical and critical thinking, abilities artistic and aesthetic sensibility   to    reflect    on    and evaluate the works of Amrita Shergil and Jamini Roy.

CO3: Recognize the various techniques, styles, subjects and methods used by the artists of Bengal school.

CO4: Interpret and analyze the works ofRabindranath Tagore and Nandalal Bose based on their artistic works and contributions.

CO5: Examine the aesthetic value, artworks, traditions in art style and assess the qualities of the contemporary artists Binode Bihari Mukherjee and Ram KinkarBaij.

CO6: Contribute effectively in course- specific interaction.
